Since everything is bigger and better in Las Vegas, Chef Anne Burrell gets the chef’s cooking with a larger-than-life ingredient. Then, dinner service takes place at the world-renowned Mr. Chow at Caesars Palace. The remaining six candidates must not only master authentic Chinese cuisine, but they must also add a theatrical element to their presentation.
