Eva and Håkan leave the stately doctor’s villa in Ramlösa Brunnspark – to a small plot of land above the harbour in Svanshall, a quiet fishing village on the coast of Skåne. Here they want to create a discreet single-storey house for two, but with room for children, grandchildren and friends.
